It's 8:40 on a July evening. Dinner is done, the beach crowds have thinned, and the kids are still in the pool — because the water is 90 degrees and nobody wants to get out. You're on the balcony with something cold, and for the first time in months, nobody needs anything from you.

This 1,950 sq ft coastal home in Surfside Beach was built for families and multi-generational groups who want the beach close and the comfort closer — 243 steps to the sand, four bedrooms that each have their own bath, and a private saltwater pool that stays warm every month of the year.

🏊 The pool — warm when you arrive, warm when you leave

Private saltwater pool, heated by a dedicated heat pump and held at ~90°F year-round — already warm when you arrive, included in your nightly rate, no add-on fee. October? On. Thanksgiving? On. One honest note: heat pumps lose efficiency on the rare day below 50°F — if a cold snap like that is forecast during your stay, we'll tell you before you arrive. 🛌 Sleeps 12 — and nobody draws the short straw

Booking for a group usually means somebody gets the bad room. Not here. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath.

🌞 Summer, fall — and the season nobody else can offer

July and August: peak beach weather. The pier comes alive at sunrise, the boardwalk hums at night, and after a day on the sand you walk home, rinse off, and slip into a pool that's still warm at 9 PM.

September: the locals' secret. Warm Atlantic, smaller crowds, mild evenings — and the pool hasn't dropped a degree.

November and December: this is where Seaside Paradise stands alone. Most pools on this coast go quiet after October. Ours doesn't. Thanksgiving-week cannonballs. A Christmas swim while dinner's in the oven. If your family can travel off-peak, this is the rarest version of this house — and the calendar is most open.

A note on dates: June is gone, and July is nearly there. A handful of late-August and September windows remain — check the calendar for what's left. And if your crew can travel in November or December: wide open, 90° pool, no crowds. The best-kept secret on this listing.

📺 Every TV is set up with Roku — bring your own streaming logins (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, YouTube TV, etc.). Sign in during your stay, sign out when you're done. We never store guest credentials.

🐾 Dog friendly — dogs welcome. Please keep them off beds and furniture to avoid deep-clean charges.

🚨 Ring doorbell at the front entry only — for property security. No interior cameras.

👤 Reservation holder must be present throughout the stay (security policy).

✍️ Signed rental agreement required within 72 hours of booking. Refundable $500 security deposit may be held — only charged if damage is reported, released 3–5 business days after check-out.

🚭 No smoking on premises. 🎉 No parties or events.

⏰ We're nearly 100% booked in peak season, so early check-ins and late check-outs usually aren't possible. If you need flexibility, book the night before or after.
