This 1,950 sq ft coastal home in Surfside Beach was built for families and multi-generational groups who want the beach close and the comfort closer — 243 steps to the sand, four bedrooms that each have their own bath, and a private saltwater pool that stays warm every month of the year.
🏊 The pool — warm when you arrive, warm when you leave
Private saltwater pool, heated by a dedicated heat pump and held at ~90°F year-round — already warm when you arrive, included in your nightly rate, no add-on fee. October? On. Thanksgiving? On. One honest note: heat pumps lose efficiency on the rare day below 50°F — if a cold snap like that is forecast during your stay, we'll tell you before you arrive. Poolside cedar gazebo with string lights and loungers — shade when you want it, sun when you don't.

Booking for a group usually means somebody gets the bad room. Not here. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bath.

November and December: this is where Seaside Paradise stands alone. Most pools on this coast go quiet after October. Ours doesn't. Thanksgiving-week cannonballs. A Christmas swim while dinner's in the oven. If your family can travel off-peak, this is the rarest version of this house — and the calendar is most open.

Every detail of our stay was perfect. The location of the house was amazing, we couldn’t ask for more. We were able to quickly and easily get to the beach, dinner, coffee shops, all on the golf cart we rented. We didn’t have to get in our car until we left. The house was stocked with everything we could need and toys and games for our kids. The pool was a perfect temperature and it was amazing having our own outdoor pool area that wasn’t shared with neighbors. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the host was so quick to respond to any question we had. We loved our stay in Surfside so much we are even keeping our eyes open for a place of our own in the area. We 100% will be back again to stay here.
This vacation was just what my family wanted. Beautiful home, great private pool, plenty of towels and beach towels. When a coffee carafe cracked we had a new coffee maker within hours! I would definitely book a vacation here again. Thank you Sai
